摘要
采用理论分析、FLAC3D数值计算和工程实践等方法,研究分析巷道宽度对巷道围岩变形、塑性区及应力分布的影响规律,提出了巷道临界宽度判定指标:巷道顶板拉破坏深度为1.5 m,顶板拉破坏深度大于1.5 m的巷道维护困难。并提出了超过临界宽度的巷道支护技术为:及时支护、高强高预紧力锚杆、锚索支护和高初撑力的临时支护。研究成果成功应用于王庄煤矿6207综放工作面运输巷。
Theoretical analysis,FLAC3D numerical calculation and engineering practices were used to research the influence laws of roadway width on surrounding rock deformation,plastic zone and stress distribution.The method of roof pull failure depth as an index to determine roadway critical width were put forward.The roadway width index is roof tension failure depth 1.5 m.When the roof tension failure depth is large than 1.5 m,the roadway is difficult to support.And roadway support technology of more than critical width was given,as timely support,high strength and high pre-stressed bolt and cable support,and high setting load temporary support.Research results were successfully applied to 6207 fully-mechanized top caving working face transport roadway of Wangzhuang Coal Mine.
