摘要
通过对普通聚合物与含添加剂的耐高温聚合物的对比实验,认为耐高温聚合物在75℃下老化有较好的稳定性,可以用于河南油田聚合物驱先导试验。不同含氧量的溶液有不同的稳定性,含氧量越低,稳定性越好,当含氧量降到1.0mg/L以下时聚合物的稳定性大大提高。模拟油层条件下的实验证明,油砂的存在使聚合物溶液的长期稳定性进一步提高。现场先导试验经过2年多的聚合物溶液的注入,中心井及中心区见到了明显的增油降水效果,数模预测到1999年底中心井可提高采收率10%,取得了一定的经济效益和经验。
It is thought by comparison test that the high
temperature polymers with additive have better stability after ageing at 75 and can be applied
to the polymer flooding pilot test in Henan oilfield. The polymer solution has different stability
with different oxygen content. The lower the oxygen content, the better the stability of the
polymer solution. While the oxygen content is reduced to below 1.0mg/L, the stability of
polymer solution will increase greatly. It is shown by simulation with formation conditions that
the existence of oilsand would enhance the stability of the polymer solution further. After more
than two yearspilot test, an obvious result of oilincrement and waterdeclining has been
obtained in the center well and the midzone of the test area. The recovery of the center well can
be enhanced 10% to the end of 1999 by numerical simulation prediction. Some experience and
economic benefit has been obtained, and the foundation of enlarge commercial application for
this polymer is laid.
