西藏水土资源可持续开发利用现状浅析

结合西藏水土资源概况,介绍了西藏水土资源的利用现状,分析了西藏水土资源开发利用存在的问题,提出了西藏在开发利用水土资源的过程中应注意的事项以及今后水土资源利用需注意的问题。水土资源的可持续利用是区域发展的立足之本,是可持续发展战略的核心内容之一。在构建社会主义和谐社会的时代背景下,面对西藏水土资源的现状,找到一条切实适合西藏水土资源可持续开发利用的新路子,有效保护开发利用西藏的水土资源。

Combines Tibetan water and soil resources situation,this paper introduces the present status of utilization of water and soil resources in Tibet,analysed Tibet and water resources utilization existent problem,put forward Tibet in the exploitation and utilization of water and soil resources process matters needing attention in soil and water resource utilization and the future must be noticed problems.Water and soil resources sustainable use of regional development is the base and the strategy of sustainable development is one of the core contents.In building a socialist harmonious society under the background of Tibet,face of soil and water resources situation,find a suitable for Tibet and water resources sustainable development and utilization of new way,which can effectively protect the water and soil resources exploitation and utilization of Tibet.
