清洗对热管最大热输出量的影响

Effects of Different Cleaning Processes on Qmax of Heat Pipes

摘要 将铜管毛坯分两组,分别采用常规清洗和超声波清洗后制作成热管。对所有热管进行 Qmax测试和等温性测试,并比较两组的测试结果。结果表明,两组热管的等温性都较为良好,但超声波清洗的热管 Qmax全部合格,而常规清洗的热管 Qmax全部不合格。 Rough copper pipes which are divided into two groups are cleaned with conventional cleaning processes and ultrasonic cleaning processes respectively. And then, rough copper pipes are fabricated into heat pipes. An experimental investigation of the isothermal characteristics and Qmax of heat pipes is conducted. The result shows that the isothermal characteristics of all the heat pipes are fine. But the Qmax of the heat pipes cleaned with ultrasonic cleaning processes are passed while with conventional cleaning processes are not passed.
