改良型阿托品试验的探讨

The improved atropine test in the diagnosis of sick sinus syndrome

目的探讨阿托品试验改良法对窦房结功能的诊断价值。方法取2008年6月至2009年9月在我院行阿托品试验的患者,均经其他检查(动态心电图或心电图)诊断为窦性心动过缓,共220例。分为常规组和改良组,行阿托品试验。结果常规组阳性33例,占30.5%,改良组阳性16例,占15.7%。结论常规阿托品试验法存在一定的假阳性,阿托品试验改良法可减少假阳性,可提高对窦房结功能的诊断价值。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of the improved atropin test in of sinus node function.Methods A total of 220 patients with sinus bradycardia were enrolled in the study,patients were divided into control group and improved test group.For the improved test group,according to the disease state to do squatting or sit-ups exercise 30-60 seconds,to improve the basic heart rate,and then intravenous atropine,atropine 0.03mg/kg calculated by taking the amount,not diluted with normal saline,the time control in 30-40 seconds.Conclusion The routine Atropine test there are some false positives,the improved atropine test can reduce the false positive,can improve the diagnosis of sinus node function.
