摘要
高职护理人才培养的定位已明确,但对高职护理人才的考核或评价还处于摸索阶段。如何从高职护理毕业生的特点出发、按照职业能力的要求评价高职护生的知识运用和专业能力,一直是职业教育机构及用人单位所关注的问题。通过查阅大量文献,分析了我国目前高职护理专业毕业生综合素质考核的现状。
Cultivation orientation of high vocational nursing talents is clearcut. However, assessment or evaluation for high vocational nursing talents is still at groping stage. How to evaluate knowledge utilization and professional a- bility of high vocational nursing graduates from the characteristics of vocational nursing graduates and according to the requirements of professional ability has been paid high attention by the professional education institutions and employ- ment institutions. It analyzed the status quo of comprehensive quality assess- ment for high vocational nursing graduates in China through searching for a large number of literatures.
