摘要 [目的]探讨医疗机构联合委员会国际部医院评审标准(JCI)全员动员教育模式对病人医学应对能力的影响。[方法]干预组利用JCI建立全员动员教育模式进行健康宣教,对照组采用常规教育模式进行健康宣教,比较两组病人宣教前后医学应对能力的变化。[结果]干预组经过全员动员教育模式宣教后病人面对评分明显增加,回避和屈服评分降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]JCI全员动员教育模式可以明显提高病人医学应对能力,有助于病人采取积极应对方式,促进疾病康复。 Objective:To probe into the influence of full-staff mobilization education model worked out by hospital evaluation standards of international department of medical institutions joint committee(JCI) on medical coping ability of patients.Metheds:Patients of intervention group were carried out health propaganda by applying JCI to establish full-staff mobilization education model.Patients of control group were carried out health propaganda by adopting conventional education model.Then changes of medical coping ability of two groups of patients before and after health propaganda were compareed.Results:Scores of facing of patients in intervention group after full-staff mobilization education model were significantly higher than that of before intervention.At the same time,scores of avoiding and yielding of them after intervention were lower than that of before.And there were statistical significant differences between the two groups(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion:Full-staff mobilization education model by applying JCI standards can obviously enhance the medical coping ability of patients.It may help patients to take positive coping styles and promote rehabilitation of disease.
