摘要
研究了实验室小试条件下电压、时间、极距等因素对铝型材阳极电泳涂膜厚度及膜层外观的影响,确定了电泳涂装的较佳工艺:电压130 V,时间130~230 s,极距88~110 mm,室温下进行。在此条件下的电泳涂膜厚度可达21μm以上,合乎工艺的生产要求,且各项耐蚀性检测结果较好。
In this paper,the effects of the Voltage,time,and pole distance were studied on the coatings thickness and appearance during laboratory test of catholic electrophoretic coatings process on aluminum alloy profiles.The optimum technical parameters of this process,voltage 130 V,time 130~230 s,pole distance 88~110 mm,at room temperature,have been determined.The thickness can be more than 21 μm that may satisfy production requirement and have a good ability of corrosion-resistance.
