摘要
针对目前汽车发动机管理系统开发过程中研发成本较高,难度较大的问题,利用仿真的方法,设计并搭建了硬件在环仿真试验台,同时进行了部分试验验证。利用matlab模块化技术,实现快速原型代码生成和硬件在环仿真功能。使用表明,该试验台具备良好的在环仿真功能,能够模拟发动机各种工作工况,为实际试验和产品开发提供仿真依据和参考。
To deal with high cost and great difficulty in the development of engine management systems, hardware in the loop simulator is designed and built, and test verification is partly proceeded. Using Matlab modular technique, achieve rapid prototyping code generation and hardware in-the-loop simulation. It is showed that the simulator has a good in-the-loop simulation function, can simulate all kinds of the engine mode and provide the basis and reference for the actual test and product development.
