职业偶发事件之述评 被引量:1

摘要 传统职业发展理论强调事物之间的线性因果关系,忽视或至少低估了职业发展中偶发事件的作用。近年来,研究者开始关注职业发展中的非线性问题,研究了职业偶然事件的概念、影响因素,并提出了相关理论。本文总结了近十年来职业偶发事件的研究进展和主要研究内容,并讨论了职业咨询实践中对偶发事件的干预问题,最后提出了职业偶发事件研究未来发展方向。
