开放式产学研结合模式在自主创新中的运用研究

An Application Study of Open-ended Production-Education-Research Cooperation in Independent Innovation

产学研结合是提高自主创新能力的重要方式。通过分析传统产学研结合模式存在的问题,指出传统、单一的产学研结合模式已经不能适应当前科技进步的需要,必须建立高效的开放式产学研结合模式,并对新模式进行了分析。建议通过管理机制的构建、良好环境的营造、投资体系的完善、科技中介服务水平的提高和产学研信息网的建设,提升开放式产学研结合模式的运行效率,促进自主创新活动的开展。

Production-education-research cooperation is an important way to strengthen the ability of independent innovation.Based on the analysis of problems of the traditional mode,this article indicates that conventional and single production-education-research cooperation mode is not capable to adapt to the present development and progress of science and technology.So a highly efficient and open-ended mode should be established.Then the paper goes further in its analysis of the new mode and proposes that we could increase the efficiency of open-ended production-education-research cooperation and promote independent innovation by building up management mechanism,creating good environment,improving investment system,upgrading the intermediary services for science and technology and setting up website to supply more information to production-education-research.
