松香改性t-辛基苯酚酚醛树脂的合成

Synthesis of Rosin Modified t Octylphenol Resin

在碱性催化剂的作用下，将甲醛与ｔ－辛基苯酚反应，制备ｒｅｓｏｌｔ－辛基苯酚酚醛树脂。用这种酚醛树脂与脂松香发生狄尔斯－阿尔德反应（Ｄｉｅｌｓ－Ａｌｄｅｒｒｅａｃｔｉｏｎ），再用多元醇酯化，合成松香改性辛基酚醛树脂。该树脂软化点高，脂肪烃溶解性能好，抗酸碱，是制备油漆、油墨的一种新型高分子材料。

The rosin modified p tertoctylphenol resin was synthesized first by formaldehyde and p tertoctylphenol to form resol p t octyphenol resin under caustic condition,then modified by resin and esterified with pentaerythritol.The resin synthesized by this method not only has good soluble property in fatty oils and other oil solvents but good acidic and caustic resistance.The softening point is higher than 160℃.
