摘要
为探索洪涝胁迫造成水稻减产的生理机制,以杂交稻威优46( V46)为材料,采用3 因素5 水平正交组合设计,研究了不同淹水处理对稻株内磷、钾含量及其与水稻产量关系的影响.结果表明,淹水条件下稻株内磷、钾含量下降,并随淹水深度、淹水时间的增加而降低,其下降程度与稻谷产量之间存在显著相关性.
Effects of flooding on phosphorus and potassium nutrition in rice (V46) at different growth stages were studied in experiments of orthogonal combination. Results obtained showed that the phosphorus and potassium contents in rice decreased under flooding conditions as compared with those under control.They further decreased with the increase of waterdepth and the prolongation of flooding stress.Moreover,the regression analysis showed that under flooding conditions the reduction of grain yield had significant positive correlations with the contents of phosphorus and potassium in plant.
