留置导尿患者更换导尿管后溢尿的原因及护理

The causes and care of urethrorrhea about the patients who indwell the catheter

目的分析长期留置导尿患者更换导尿管后出现溢尿的原因,制订有效的预防措施。方法对21例更换导尿管后出现溢尿的患者,实施相应的护理措施。结果通过采取有效的护理措施,减少了更换导尿管后溢尿的发生率。结论加强护士基本功训练及严格执行灭菌技术操作,根据患者个体差异选择导尿管型号及留置导尿管时间,可以减少溢尿的发生率。

Objective To explore the cause of urethrorrhea about the patients indwelled the catheter for a long time,to help the nurse take effective measures to prevent urethrorrhea.Methods 21 patients with overflow replacement of urinary catheter in after the implementation were taken appropriate care measures.Result improving the nurse＇s basic skill and applying the aseptic technique strictly,or selecting the type of catheter and the time of remaining catheter according to the individual difference will decrease the possibility of urethrorrhea.Conclusion The basic training of nurses and technical operations strictly enforced sterilization,individual differences in patients selected according to catheter type and indwelling catheter time,can reduce the incidence of urinary overflow
