摘要
当今的组织人力资源管理实践中,心态及心态调整越来越受到人们的重视。但是,以往的文献没有完整的理论模型为心态调整提供理论支持。从认知意动的理论视角提出一个心态及心态调整的研究模型,从角色认知调整、情感激发的角度探讨了心态的转变以及调整的途径。这项研究为系统地研究组织员工心态调整提供了一个理论的模型,未来的研究是进一步实证检验这个认知意动的心态调整模型。
In the recent HRM practitioners, people give more and more attention to the mentality and its adaptation. However, there was no theoretical research on the model of mentality adaptation. This research develops a model of mentality and its adaptation based on a perspective of cognition and conation. Having adopted a new perspective for exploring the path of mentality change and mentality adaptation, this study offers a theoretical model for researching on employees' mentality adaptation. The future studies will discuss the strengths and limitations of this model.
