摘要 在钢铁企业生产过程中,能源的稳定供给是保证正常生产的必备条件之一。如何高效、合理利用能源,已成为当今钢铁企业必须面对和亟待解决的战略问题。为了加强对钢铁企业复杂多样的能源介质和能源设施的综合管理,以国内某大型钢铁联合企业为背景,针对该企业能源管理分散和调度系统独立等问题,从系统总体结构和系统主要功能等方面介绍了能源中心系统设计。目前该企业能源设施分布全厂各个工艺区,点多面广,多种能源介质交互并存,采用分散粗放的管理模式,各个能源子系统相互独立,对能源的管理缺乏集中统一性。能源中心的建立将在提高能源利用效率、优化能源调度分配等方面发挥重要作用,同时对保障能源设施安全运行、减少环境污染也起到促进作用。 The steady supply of energy is one of the necessary conditions to guarantee the normal production of the iron and steel enterprise. How to use energy efficiently and reasonably have become the strategic issues that the iron and steel enterprises have to face and must address urgently. A large domestic iron and steel enterprise as the background is taker. In the view of the problem in spread of energy management and the independence of scheduling system, it introduces the system design of energy center from the aspects of system overall structure and main function. At present the energy facilities are distributed in each craft area of entire factory, and many kinds of energy medium coexist alternately. Extensive use of decentralized management model and independent of energy sub-systems lead to a lack of energy management concentration and uniformity. The establishment of the energy center will be to play an important role in improving energy efficiency and optimizing energy distribution scheduling, while the protection of the safe operation of energy facilities and reduction of environmental pollution also play a catalytic role.
