摘要
利用PLC可编程控制器、触摸屏、露点变送器及相关设备,组成了露点控制系统,实现了对无热再生式干燥器的节能改造,保障了压缩空气的品质,减少了能源消耗。
This paper presents the energy-saving reconstruction of one heatless regeneration adsorption dryer based on PLC,touch screen,dew point sensor and proper hardware.With the dew point control system,the quality of compressed air is ensured and the energy cousumption is reduced.
