摘要 采用动态热阻法,通过对比几种阻垢剂在复合前后阻垢性能的变化, 对协同效应进行了试验研究与机理分析。结合传热面的成垢机制,提出了有机膦酸与聚羧酸( 盐) 之间的协同效应源于复合剂能同时抑制晶体生长及颗粒沉积这两个结垢子过程;聚合磷酸盐与有机膦酸的作用行为相似,这是两者之间缺乏协同效应的主要原因;聚羧酸( 盐) 与聚合磷酸盐复配后的增效作用不大,这很可能与聚合磷酸盐的水解有很大关系。 Dynamic thermal method of scaling monitoring was adopted in investigating the synergistic effect between different scale inhibitors.Through comparison of the change in scale retarding effect before and after blending of scale inhibitors of different types,the probable cause of synergistic effect is proposed based on the mechanism of scaling.It is found that marked effect do exist between organic phosphonic acids and polycarboxylic acid which is proposed to be due to the simultaneous retardation of the two sub-processes of scaling-crystal growth and sedimentation of the aggregated nuclei.No synergistic effect is found between sodium polyphosphonic and organic phosphonic and no marked effect exists between the sodium salts of polycarboxylic acid and polyphosphonic acid;the former is probably due to the similarity of the scale retarding behavior of the two,and the latter is mainly caused by the hydrolysis of sodium polyphosphonate.
