摘要
在100m l高压釜反应器内, 用工业Ni-Mo/Al2 O3 催化剂, 于氢初压8.5MPa, 搅拌转速850r/m in, 反应温度663~693K和不同的反应时间下, 进行了孤岛渣油 (GDVR) 的加氢裂化反应实验。通过对已有窄馏分集总动力学模型的分析, 改进了Stangeland 模型, 建立了适用于渣油加氢裂化反应的窄馏分集总动力学模型。该模型适用于原料和产物实沸点蒸馏数据不完整的情况。将其应用于描述渣油加氢裂化反应动力学规律。
The Gudao vacuum residuum was hydrocracked in a 100 ml autoclave with crashed Ni Mo/Al 2O 3 catalyst,under agitation rate of 850r/min,initial hydrogen pressure of 8 5MPa,temperature range of 663~693K for different reaction times.A lumping kinetic model with five parameters for the prediction of the product distribution curve for residuum hydrocracking was proposed.It is an improvement of the narrow boiling point lumping model developed originally for distillate hydrocracking by Stangeland.A major advantage of this kinetic model is the feasible for parameters evaluation with the obtained incomplete distillation data of residua and its products.The results predicted by this model agree satisfactorily with the experimental observation.
