摘要
硬质合金作为制作模具的常用材料,经常需要对其进行线切割加工。在加工时循环使用的电火花线切割工作液会使硬质合金表层的组织成分发生变化,以至影响硬质合金模具的使用寿命。本文借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDX)等设备,研究了线切割工作液添加剂对硬质合金的影响。研究结果表明:在线切割加工过程中,硬质合金与使用的工作液会发生相互扩散作用,工作液中的元素会渗入硬质合金的表面,使硬质合金发生扩散磨损,尤其是铁元素的扩散导致硬质合金的硬度、耐磨性明显降低,从而导致工作寿命降低。
Cemented carbide has been used as common materials for making molds,which often needs to be wire-cutted.In the processing,recycled working fluid of WEDM causes the surface composition of the carbide chang.It will affect the life of cemented carbide molds.The effects of wire-cutting working liquid additives on cemented carbide were studied by SEM and EDX.The results show that inter-diffusion occurs at the interface of cemented carbide and working liquid.Some elements of working liquid penetrate into the surface of cemented carbide,causing diffusion wear happen.In particular,the diffusion of iron decreases the hardness and wear resistance obviously,and leads to the reduction of the working life of cemented carbide.
