摘要
目的探讨血清a-L-岩藻糖苷酶(a-L-fucosidase,AFU)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(r-glutamyl transferase,GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)和同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)对原发性肝癌(primaryhepatocarcinoma,PHC)的诊断价值。方法联合检测96例原发性肝癌、65例良性肝病和50例健康人血清A-FU、GGT、ALP和Hcy,并分析水平差异。结果原发性肝癌患者血清AFU、GGT、ALP和Hcy水平及阳性率均明显高于良性肝病组及正常对照组(P<0.05);联合检测的敏感性和诊断准确性均比单项检测高。结论联合检测AFU、GGT、ALP和Hcy对原发性肝癌的诊断有重要价值。
【Objective】 To explore the value diagnostic of a-L-fucosidase(AFU),r-glutamyl transferase(GGT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and homocysteine(Hcy) in patients with primary hepatocarcinoma(PHC).【Methods】AFU,GGT,ALP and Hcy with 96 cases of primary liver cancer,65 cases of benign liver dis-eases and 50 healthy human were combined and analysis the difference of level.【Results】The levels and the positive rates in serum AFU,GGT,ALP and Hcy of primary hepatocarcinoma patients were significantly high-er than those of benign liver diseases patients and normal controls(P 0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of combined detection was higher than that of single assay.【Conclusion】To combining the levels of AFU,GGT,ALP and Hcy has important significance to diagnose primary hepatocarcinoma.
