摘要
当前,调整优化经济结构、加快转变经济发展方式是我国经济工作的重点。对中小企业来说,存量应侧重调整结构、增量应侧重转变发展方式。转变发展方式是目标,调整结构是手段,二者不可分。
At present,adjusting and optimizing economic structure and accelerating the change of economic development mode are the highlights in economic work in our country.For medium and small enterprises,stock shall focus on adjusting the structure and the incremental on changing the development mode.To change the development mode is the objective and to adjust the structure is the manner.The two cannot be separated.
