腔道给药新剂型——泡腾胶囊栓的研究设计

Development of New Dosage Form of Cavity Delivery—Effervescent Capsule Suppository

栓剂是一种经典的腔道给药剂型,能避免肝脏首过效应是其独特优点,但栓剂易变形、氧化、潮解、变质等问题一直没有得到根本解决。针对栓剂存在的问题,我们在研究实践的基础上集栓形、泡腾剂以及栓剂各自的优势和特色,提出并设计了泡腾胶囊栓。本文讨论了栓剂的研究现状及存在的问题,并着重阐述了泡腾胶囊栓的研究设计思路及其优势特点。

Suppository is a classic dosage form of cavity delivery. Its unique advantage is to avoid the liver first pass effect. But a few of issues have not been fundamentally solved. For example, the dosage form is easy to be distorted, oxidized, deliquescent and deteriorated. Considering problems mentioned earlier, we have proposed and designed the effervescent capsule suppository. This new dosage form contains advantages and characteristics of suppos- itory and effervescence based on the study and practice. This article has discussed research situation and problems existed in suppository, elaborated emphatically research design mentality and superiority and characteristics of the effervescent capsule suppository.
