探讨开展急救普及活动对医学生早期的临床技能和沟通技能培养的效果。选拔大二大三学生成立实验组开展急救普及活动。对比实验组与对照组期末的临床技能和沟通技能考核成绩。两组考核方式和内容相同。同时向实验组学生发放主观评价表。实验组学生的考核成绩均高于对照组学生,并对活动的开展效果表示肯定。这一系列实践活动中,医学生提高自身的临床技能及沟通技能,为自己后阶段的临床实践打下基础。

This paper explores the effect of developing first aid activines on the cultivation of early clinical skills and commutation skills of medical students, The sophomore and junior students were selected and experiment group was estab lished to develop first aid activities. Examinations on the clinical skins and commutation skills were performed to evaluate the experiment group and the control group when the study finished. The methods and contents of assessment were same in both groups. A questionnaire was given to the experiment group. The results show the average scores of examinations of experiment group aide higher than those of the control group. Most of students in the experiment group precommutation a positive view on the achievements of the activities. In the practical activities, the medical students have improved their clinical sells and commutation skills and laid the foundation of clinical practice.
