摘要
介绍了基于MCGS的三容水箱液位定值控制系统的硬件组成及系统的实现.以THJ-3高级过程控制实验装置为基础,以上、中、下3只水箱串联作为被控对象,下水箱的液位高度为系统的被控变量.系统采用AI智能调节仪并运用PID控制算法在组态软件MCGS中进行了实验测试,实现了对过程参数的无稳态误差控制,具有良好的稳态性能和动态性能.
Description of the three tank liquid-level control system components and the implementation based on MCGS.The three water tank is controlled object and under the tank liquid-level is the main control variable.The system is based on the THJ-3 Advanced process control device.This system carries out experiments in the configuration software MCGS.The process parameters achieve a steady-state error-free control,with good steady state performance and dynamic performance.
