中西医结合治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水临床观察

Clinical Observation of Decoction for Dissolving Stasis to Earth up Spleen on Abdominal Dropsy from Hepatic Cirrhosis

目的：观察化瘀培土汤中西医结合治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水的疗效。方法：对照组35例采用西医治疗,治疗组35例在西医治疗的基础上加用中药汤剂化瘀培土汤,2个月后观察临床疗效。结果：治疗组显效10例,好转21例,无效4例,总有效率为88.57%（95%CI=73.08%~96.78%）;对照组显效3例,好转18例,无效14例,总有效率为60.00%（95%CI=43.77%~76.23%）;两组综合疗效比较（u=2.7621,P=0.0077）;并发症的发生率治疗组低于对照组（2χ=7.0058,P〈0.01）。结论：化瘀培土汤中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水的疗效优于单纯西医治疗,其收益为OR=0.19（95%CI=0.06~0.67）,NNT=4（95%CI=2.04~12.36）。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Decoction for Dissolving Stasis to Earth up Spleen combined with western medicine on abdominal dropsy from hepatic cirrhosis.Method： 35 cases in treatment group were treated with Decoction for Dissolving Stasis to Earth up Spleen as well as western medicine.The other 35 ones in control group were treated with only western medicine.After 2 months the clinical curative effects were observed.Result： In treatment group 10 cases were excellent,21 ones effective,4 ones ineffective.The total effective rate was 88.57%（95%CI=73.08%-96.78%）.In control group 3 cases were excellent,18 ones effective,14 ones ineffective.The total effective rate was 60.00%（95%CI=43.77%-76.23%）.There was significant difference between the two groups（u=2.762,P=0.0077）,and the complication was less in treatment group than in control group（u=7.0058,P0.01）.Conclusion： The effect of Decoction for Dissolving Stasis to Earth up Spleen combined with western medicine is better than that of only western medicine,OR=0.19（95%CI=0.06-0.67）,NNT=4（95%CI=2.04-12.36）.
