摘要
为提高食品添加剂教学质量,加强该课程的深度和广度,以及培养学生的学习兴趣本文针对食品添加剂课程教学中存在问题,从教学内容方面进行改革,增加了食品添加剂法律法规、案例辅助、食品检验、实验课程的相关内容。
To improve the teaching quality of food additive,enhance the width and depth of learning and arouse students＇interest,reform discussion were made on the content,added the laws and regulations,case assistance,food testing and experimental course.
