摘要
为了解中小学校长的职业倦怠状况,以黔西南州中小学校长为研究对象进行调查。结果发现,中小学校长的职业倦怠程度整体上并不严重;男性校长在情绪衰竭维度上显著高于女性校长,而女性校长在低成就感维度上显著高于男性校长;年龄阶段越高,中小学校长的职业倦怠程度也越高;学历水平越高,中小学校长的职业倦怠程度越低;中学校长与小学校长在职业倦怠上的差异不显著。
In order to understand the situation of job burnout of primary and secondary school principals,the primary and secondary school principals of southwest Cuizhou were studied.It was found that the degree of job burnout of primary and secondary school principals as a whole is not serious;male principals were significantly higher than female principals on emotional exhaustion, while female principals were significandy higher than male principals on reduced personal accomplishment;the higher principals' age,the higher degree of job burnout;the higher level of principals' education,the lower degree of job burnout;there are no significant difference between secondary school principals and primary school principals on job burnout.
