摘要
本文以制造业内部生产服务活动外部化这一行为作为切入点,针对杭州市城市发展的现实状况,从城市主体功能定位,以及实现城市二、三产业协调发展的视角,以推进制造业企业生产服务活动外部化为主要推手,寻求推动生产性服务业和制造业协调发展的新思路,以实现打造杭州创意产业中心和长三角制造业中心的多元发展目标。
The outsourcing of internal production ＆ service activities of manufacturing industry is taken as the cutting point in this article, aiming at the conditions of Hangzhou＇ s urban development, from the aspect of main urban functions and realizing the harmonious development of secondary and tertiary industries, with promoting the outsourcing of the production ＆ service activities of manufacturing enterprise to seek a new thought promoting harmonious development of the productive service industry and manufacturing industry so as to realize the pluralistic development objectives of Hangzhou creative industry center and Yangtze River Delta manufacturing center.
