The Role Transition from Traditional Ageing to Positive Ageing——Take Tourism Volunteers for Example

随社会进入老龄化,老龄化问题成了社会的关注焦点。传统老龄化将老年人看作是消极的对象,对社会没有贡献。积极老龄化则认为老年人是积极的社会力量,可以发挥余热,可以积极参与志愿服务或者从事其他有利于社会和自身的活动。老年人参与旅游志愿者活动不仅有助于老人资源的效用最大化,而且有利于老年人实现自我价值,促进健康老年化,丰富中国旅游文化的内涵,塑造中国旅游的国家整体形象。

As China steps into an ageing society,the aging problem has become the focus of the society＇s attention.The traditional ageing takes the elderly as the relatively negative group who can＇t be shared by the society.The core of positive ageing is participation.It usually refers the participation of the elderly volunteers which is good for the society and themselves.The changing role from the traditional ageing to the positive ageing challenges the mechanical impression on the elderly,particularly the tourism participation of elderly volunteers.It is not only good for maximization of the elderly human resources utility,the realization of self-worth and healthy ageing,but also make Chinese tourism cultural connotation abundant and improve the national tourism image.
