矿井胶带巷火灾风流稳定性模拟与控制技术研究 被引量:17

摘要 通过对风流流体的动力学分析,给出了三维湍流求解的标准k-ε两方程模型,应用Mix-ture多相流对火灾灾变过程中产生的污染物进行设定,综合考虑火灾过程中的热量辐射与组分传输,采用SIMPLE算法对孔庄煤矿1号胶带巷火灾灾变时不同进风量下巷道内的风流流动状态进行了模拟,得到了温度和污染物等参数在巷道内的分布,为灾变信息监测和自动控风设施的设置提供了依据。在掌握火灾时期风流稳定性的基础上,建立了胶带巷火灾灾变预警与控制系统,并在孔庄煤矿进行了应用,有助于胶带巷火灾时期的灾变控制和有效避灾。 According to fluid dynamics analysis during the fire,the criteria k-ε two-equation model for solving three-dimensional turbulent was determined,the pollutants generated in the fire disaster were set by adopting Mixture multiphase flow,the heat radiation and composition transfer during fire were considered,the SIMPLE algorithm was used for simulating airflow flowing state inside the tunnel under different inlet air volumes with regard to the actual situation of No.1 belt roadway of Kongzhuang Coal Mine,and the distribution of temperature and pollutants in the belt roadway were obtained,which provided evidence for monitoring of disaster information and setting of automatic airflow control facilities.On the basis of mastering airflow stability during fire,the fire early warning and control system of belt roadway was established and applied to Kongzhuang Coal Mine,which was helpful to disaster control and avoiding during belt roadway fire.
