摘要
从热处理内应力和机械加工中产生的残余应力出发,分析了造成传动齿轮在碳氮共渗和淬火过程中发生畸变的主要原因,通过优化工艺路线和淬火工艺参数,提高了传动齿轮的合格率。
Including the internal stress of heat treatment and the residual stress of machining,the main factors affecting the distortion of transmission gear during carbonitriding and quenching were analyzed.The pass rate was increases by optimizing machining arrangements and quenching process parameters.
