摘要
介绍了一种微机质量控制系统，通过微机对工艺参数进行采集，建立非线性数学模型，用于ＳＯ３ 磺化过程的产品质量控制，对于优化操作参数，降低磺酸色泽，提高ＳＯ３ 磺化过程产品质量。
This paper presents a computer quality control system. It collects technic parameters with computer and sets up a mathematics model. This system can control the product quality during the SO 3 sulphonation process. It can optimize operation and decrease the color value of sulfonic acid and improve the product quality during the SO_3 sulphonation process.
