摘要 采用新船型、新材料、新型推进方式等新技术开发新概念舰艇,已成为改善海军舰船总体性能、提高作战效率的重要手段。美、英、法等发达国家一直致力于新概念舰艇研究,并取得丰硕成果。本文简要介绍目前世界上主要的新概念舰艇,阐述其技术特征、性能优势和研发情况;总结各国推进新概念舰艇研究的主要措施,包括政府机构引导和资助、公司以市场为导向自主研发以及民用成熟技术向军用转化;提出开展新概念舰艇研究的几点建议,即持续投入,夯实技术积累,军民技术良性互动,集中力量,重点攻关。 Adopting new concept ship with new hull type,new material,new propulsiona,nd so oni,s an important way of improving performance of navy ship and increasing operation efficiency.Several countriess,uch as the US,UK,France,have been doing research in this area,and made great achievement.The major new concept ships in the world were introduced,and their technological characteristics,performance advantages,and development conditions were described.Then,the main measures used by foreign countries to promote new concept ship research were summarizedi,ncluding the governmental lead and investt,he company's RD for the interest of market,and the mature civil technology transformation to military application.Finallyt,hree proposals to promote the research of new concept ship were put forward as followingi,nsisting funding and making profound technology accumulation,boosting the mutual transformation of civil and military technology,and concentrating the power and making important break through.
