系统性红斑狼疮的消化系统表现(附二例报告)

MANTFESTATION OF DIGESTIVE SYSTEM OF SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS

系统性红斑狼疮的消化系统损害在整个疾病过程中起重要作用。临床研究发现系统性红斑狼疮病人消化系统各结构均有不同程度的受累,并且受累程度与其死亡率有关。本文结合作者所遇到的消化系统损害的2例系统性红斑狼疮,对其二者的关系进行了全面讨论。

Damage of digestive system of patient with systemic lupus erythematosus have an important effect on development of the disease. Clinical research found that the digestive system of patient with systemic lupus erythematosus is involved in variant digrees, and the digree of the damage is related with the mortality. In refer to two cases, we discuss the relation between the damage of digestive system and mortality.
