摘要
目的建立一套科学、客观、全面的护士长绩效考核指标体系。方法在绩效结构理论的指导下,应用质性研究法、专家小组讨论和德尔斐(Delphi)专家咨询法,确立指标内涵、考核方法及权重,建立护士长绩效考核指标体系。结果构建了包含任务绩效、关系绩效、适应性绩效3部分内容的3项Ⅰ级指标、8项Ⅱ级指标和43项Ⅲ级指标的浙江省护士长绩效考核指标体系。结论以绩效三维结构理论为基础的护士长绩效考核指标体系,为全面实施有效的绩效管理提供依据,研究结果表明,专家咨询代表性和可信度高。
Objective To establish a scientific,objective and comprehensive index system for performance appraisal of head nurses.Methods Based on performance structure theory,the index system for performance appraisal of head nurses including the definition of each index,assessment method and index weight was formulated by qualitative research,expert group discussion,and Delphi method.Results The index system for performance appraisal of head nurses was composed of 3 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators.Conclusions The index system for performance appraisal of head nurses based on performance structure theory can provide basis for the full implementation of effective performance management.The result showed that the expert consultation had good reliability and representation.
