手术患者压疮风险因素评估表的设计与应用

Design and application of pressure ulcer risk evaluation form in patients undergoing surgery

报告了手术患者压疮风险因素评估表的设计与应用效果。评估表从手术患者年龄、体质指数、受力点皮肤情况、手术体位、预计术中施加的外力、预计手术时间、特殊手术因素7个方面进行条目设置和计分,根据各条目累加获得的总分划分为3个等级,并依此实施分级护理干预,有效预测术中发生急性压疮的高危人群,提高护理干预措施的针对性。

This paper introduces the design and application effect of pressure ulcer risk evaluation form in patients undergoing surgery.Seven risk factors were evaluated including patients＇ age,body mass index,predicted duration of the operation and special factors during operation.The risk of pressure ulcer was rated as three grades and grading nursing intervention was taken based on the score in the evaluation form.The application of pressure ulcer risk evaluation form can effectively predict the high-risk populations of acute pressure ulcer during operation and provide guidance for targeted nursing intervention.
