摘要
介绍了永磁同步电机(PMSM)在d-q轴下的数学模型,针对传统PID控制器无法满足非线性、参数时变、干扰繁多的永磁同步电机伺服系统的高性能要求的问题,提出了一种利用模糊控制器实时整定PID控制器参数的模糊PID控制方法,将其应用到基于矢量控制的永磁同步电机伺服系统速度环中。仿真结果表明,相对于传统PID控制器,新的模糊PID控制器对系统负载和惯量扰动具有良好的鲁棒性。
The d-q math model of PMSM was introduced. Since the traditional PID controller could not satisfy the high performance of the permanent magnetic synchronous motor servo system, which is non-linear and has time-varying parameters and many disturbances, the fuzzy PID control method was proposed to regulate the PID controller parameters realtime by fuzzy controller. For the PMSM speed adjustment system to based on vector control, the fuzzy self-adjusting PID control was used in speed loop instead of the traditional PID control. Simulation results show that the fuzzy PID controller has a stronger robustness to load disturbance and inertia interference compared with the traditional PID controller.
