摘要
主要研究了和纸纱及其复合纱线的性能特征,对和纸纱的形态结构以及和纸纱、棉/和纸纱复合纱线的组成、断裂性能、芯吸和吸湿性能等进行了分析探讨。结果表明:和纸纱的横截面为椭圆形,实心,纵向平滑;在细度相同的情况下,和纸纱的吸湿性、芯吸性较纯棉纱线好;通过红外光谱分析得知,和纸纱、棉/和纸纱复合纱线的组成基本相同。
The performance characteristics of both paper yarn and composite paper yarn mainly studied. The morphology of paper yarn, and the composition, fracture property, wick ability and moisture absorption of both paper yarn and its ply yarn of cotton/paper were systematically analyzed and explored. The results showed that the cross-section of paper yarn was oval, solid, and its longitudinal section was smooth; under the condition of same yarn count, both the moisture absorption and wick ability of paper yarn were better than those of pure cotton. Through the analysis of Infrared Spectroscopy, the conclusion that paper yarn had the same composition as the composite yarn of cotton/paper yarn was obtained.
