摘要
介绍了钛及钛合金钎焊的特点、钎焊性及常用钎焊料;总结了钛合金钎焊接头组织性能随钎焊工艺参数的演化;指出了钛及钛合金钎焊存在的问题,并对钛合金钎焊进行了展望评述。
The characteristic and application of titanium as well as its alloy were introduced and then the brazing of titanium and titanium alloy was reviewed.The characteristic,brazability and brazing filler metal of titanium and its alloy were introduced.The microstructure and properties evolution of titanium alloy brazed joint under different parameters were also summarized.Several existing problems and research tendency were put forward.
