摘要
高职院校在"双师型"师资队伍建设方面存在内涵界定模糊、人事配套制度改革滞后、职称评审制度缺失、建设经费短缺等问题。据此,应建立"双师型"教师资格认定标准,完善"双师型"教师培训制度、职称评审和聘用制度,加大"双师型"教师引进力度,满足高职院校对"双师型"教师的需要。
The construction of "dual-qualification" teaching staff of higher vocational schools faces with various problems including blur definition of connotation, lagging personnel matching system, lack of title evaluation system and shortage of construction funds. Therefore, the identification standard for "dual-qualification" teachers should be built, training system, title evaluation and appointment system for "dual-qualification" teachers should be optimized, and more "dual-qualification" teachers should be fetched in to meet the demand for higher vocational school development.
