摘要
采用胆总管插管引流胆汁方法，观察干姜醇提物对大鼠肝脏胆汁分泌的作用。结果显示：干姜醇提物（9g／kg和18g／kg）经口或十二指肠给药均能明显增加胆汁分泌量，维持时间长达3～4h，口服作用更强。
This paper reported the choleretic effect of alcohol extract from Rhizoma Zingiberis in rats.The results showed that the extract of Rhizoma Zingiberis induced a marked increase in bile secretion bythe liver given orally or intraduodenally in dose of 9 and 18g/kg. The effect lasted 3~4 hours.
