摘要
目的 建立反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定地塞米松软膏中地塞米松的含量.方法采用Sinochrom ODS-BP(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水(80:20)为流动相,检测波长240 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1,进样量20 μL.结果地塞米松在0.25~2.50 μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率100.1%,RSD=0.75%(n=9).结论 该方法简便、快速、分离度好、结果稳定,可用于地塞米松软膏的质量控制.
Objective To develop a method for content determination of dexamethasone in dexamethasone ointment by RP-HPLC. Methods The separation was performed on Sinochrom ODS-BP(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)colunm with methanol: water(80 : 20) as a mobile phase,and with a wavelength of UV detector at 240 nm. The flowing rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the loading volumn was 20μL. Results The linear range of dexamethasone was within 0.25-2.50 μg (r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery of dexamethasone was 100. 1% with RSD as 0.75% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable,which can be applied to the quality control of dexametbasone ointment.
