摘要
电力自动化研究院开发的WDS—9000电网水调自动化系统由1个中心(省调或网调)和多个分中心(各水电厂)组成,它涉及所属流域或水系的各水情自动测报系统、发电机组监控系统、闸门自动监控系统以及防汛部门和国调中心,并将它们相连构成计算机广域网,具有水情信息采集、流域监视、水务计算、实时洪水预报、降水(或径流)中长期预报、水库调度、灾情评估、水火电联合调度等功能。介绍了系统的软硬件配置、网络结构以及应用软件的设计思想。
WDS-9000 Hydropower Dispatching Automation System for the power network, developed by Nanjing Automation Research Institute,is introduced.The following aspects of the system are discussed indetail: hydrological information collection, drainage basin monitoring,real-time flood forecasting, medium-long term precipitation forecasting,reservoir dispatching,disaster evaluation,hydro-thermal dispatching and so on.System function,software and hardware structure as well as main techniques of application software design are described.
