摘要
目的:观察中医药治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:对于符合诊断要求的过敏性紫癜患者93例,分为治疗组(60例)给予自拟抗敏消癜汤治疗;对照组(33例)给予西药治疗。结果:治疗组有效率91.66%,对照组有效率84.85%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟抗敏消癜汤治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效肯定,值得临床应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of kangmin xiaodian decoction in treating allergic purpura. Methods ：93 cases were divided into 60 cases in the treatment group to xiaodian soup, and 33 cases in the control group were given western medicine. Results ： The total effectiveness of treatment group was 91.66% ;It was 84.85% in the control group, there was significant different （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The effect of kangmin xiaodian decoction to treat Allergic purpura was worth of clinic application.
