摘要
本文研究了 ZTM/Y-TZP(ZTM 为氧化锆增韧莫来石)复合材料。鉴于 Y-TZP 陶瓷常温强度高,而ZTM 陶瓷的中、高温强度衰减甚少,本实验选用 ZTM、Y-TZP 粉末,按照不同复合比例混和,并采用热压、常压两种烧结工艺,研制的新材料兼具 ZTM 及 Y-TZP 陶瓷之优点。随着 Y-TZP 加入量的增加,材料的强度和断裂韧性均有提高,热导率下降。
ZTM/Y-TZP composites were studied.Due to the higher strength of Y-TZP atRT and the slight degradation of strength of ZTM at middle and high temperatures,ZTM and Y-TZP powders with desired volume ratio were mixed,and sintered bymeans of pressureless and hot-pressed.The bending strength and the fracture tough-ness of the new composite were greatly increased,and its thermal conductivity wasdecreased with increase in the Y-TZP amount added to the composite.
