摘要
通过以电子邮件问卷调查的方式对高职院校农业类毕业生进行了就业意向、就业薪酬、就业心理等方面的调查,结果表明,农业类学生从事本专业工作的人数较少,对口就业率较低。
This paper made a survey on agricultural graduates＇ employment intention,salary,psychology etc.in higher vocational college using e-mail questionnaire,and the result showed that the number of students who work in original specialty is small and skill matching employment rate is relatively low.
