摘要
结合软接触电磁连铸的准三维电磁场数值模拟和金属Sn的连铸实验,分析了软接触电磁连铸中结晶器分解结构和感应留位置、尺寸、电流对铸坯表面碰通密度、电磁力和电磁压力的影响结果表明:软接触结晶器中的磁通密度随切经数的增加而上升,但增幅渐小;铸坯表面在切维处因孩通密度增大而产生纵向凹痕;结晶器的切缝数以12-20,切维定度以0.5-1.0mm为宜;感应圈的高度应覆盖铸坯的初凝固区段,感应国的位置应使其顶端与铸坯弯月面边缘格齐;
Coupling the quasi-3D numerical simulation of the electromagnetic field and the experiments of continuous casting with soft-contacted mould by lower molten poillt metals such as tin, someelectromagnetic characteristics of the colltinuous casting are analyzed. It is shown that in a caster with softcoatacted mould, the inductor (coil) would cover all the initial solidifying shell of billet, and the topside ofinductor would be at the same location of meniscus of billet in height. Both electromagnetic force and thepressure are related to inductor ctirrellt as parabolic functions. The slit nUmer of soft-cootacted mould is12-20 and the gaP of slit is 0.5-1.0 mm, reasonably. These results are avalable for studying and developingthe preselltly new teclmology of continuous casting.
