2型糖尿病自然病程与中医学肝脏关系的分析

Analysis about the relationship between the procedure of type2 diabetes and the liver in TCM

从现代医学角度着手分析肝脏生理功能、病理状态与糖尿病发生发展的内存联系。认为肝脏功能的欠调是机体神经、内分泌及免疫功能紊乱的基础，中医的各型肝欠调护的状态贯穿十消渴病的发生发展及其预后。笔者认为，通过中药调护肝脏干预糖尿病，可获得较好疗效。

From the perspective of modem medicine, we analyzed the relationship between procedure of diabetes and the hepatic physiological functions as well as pathological mechanisms. Liver dysfunction played a key role in each stage of type 2 diabetes. It＇s the basis for disorders of nervous, endocrine and immune systems. Using TCM methods to protect the liver can be useful to interfere the development of diabetes and achieve sound therapeutic effects.
