摘要
目的:探讨老年胸痹的临床疾病和证型分布情况,分析临证思路。方法:收集我院老年病科2009年7月至2010年3月60岁以上的139例合并胸痛的住院患者的临床资料,分析疾病的分布规律和证型特点。结果:老年胸痹为脏腑气血亏虚,痰湿瘀阻,常伴食积食滞和化热,而引发疾病主要为心血管疾病,其次为肺部疾患、糖尿病神经症、胸壁疾患等。结论:不同疾病的胸痛常有不同的伴随症状,胸痹的诊治应注意辨证与辨病的统一。
Objective： To discuss the ctincal diseases and the syndrome distribution of elderly chest paralysis, analysis the clinical ideas. Methods： To collect the clinical data of 139 patients above 60 years old with combine chest pain in our hospital from July 2009 to March 2010, analysis the distribution and syndrome types of diseases. Results： Elderly chest paralysis caused by Fuzang Qixue Kuixu, Tanshi Yuzu and often with Shiji Shizhi and Huare. It mainly caused cardiovascular disease, next caused pulmonary disease, diabetic nerve disease, chest wall disease and so on. Conclusion： Different chest pain often with different symptoms, so made a diagnosis and give treatment to chest paralysis needed pay attention to the unity of the identifying diseases with differentiation.
